Returns

You can place a return request within 14 days of receiving an item, by sending us a written notice. This can be done by you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, and without naming any reasons.

To return your items, please inform us in advance by email - just write us a simple message. It’s mandatory to send us this notification within the 14 days period.

All items must be returned in an unworn condition and in undamaged packaging. For hygiene reasons, items with a missing label cannot be returned or exchanged, as well as personalized products (exceptions to the right of withdrawal). Refunds may take up to 14 days. Shipping costs and return shipping costs have to be covered the customer and are therefore excluded from the refund.
