The terms and conditions below apply to all contracts, deliveries and other services concluded via the online shop of “SUMSUM the brand”. No other provisions will apply; all side agreements require our written confirmation.
Your order represents an offer for closing a purchase contract with us. After placing your order on sumsumthebrand.com, you will receive an e-mail confirmation with a receipt of your order - an “order confirmation”. With this e-mail we do not accept your offer: The purchase contract is only effective after we have sent you a shipment confirmation in form of a second e-mail. Missing items in your shipment confirmation mean that they are excluded from the purchase contract.
3. Delivery and Shipping Cost
SUMSUM is shipping worldwide. Depending on your address and the quantity of your order, your shipping costs will be automatically shown in your cart. Please note that tax and duties may apply and have to be paid by the customer in their country. All orders are shipped within 2-5 business days. The average delivery time for domestic orders is an additional 1-2 business days. All other orders may take up to 10 business days for delivery. Please note that estimated delivery dates do not represent a binding delivery date. Due to the covid pandemic some delays may occur. Our carriers are Austrian Post and DHL. You can track your order anytime after shipment with your tracking number. Furthermore you have option to “click and collect” your order in the city center of Vienna. This option is available by appointment only.
During your checkout you will be redirected to the website of the online provider PayPal. In order to pay the due invoice amout you have to registered there or create an account to confirm the payment with us. After submitting the order in the store, we request PayPal to initiate the payment transaction. The transaction is automatically carried out by PayPal after the goods have been shipped. You will receive further instructions during the ordering process.
PayPal Services and other payment services
In cooperation with the payment service PayPal, we also offer various other payment methods as PayPal Services. For these services you do not need to be registered with PayPal to pay the invoice amount. Depending on the selected payment method, you will be redirected to the website of PayPal and the selected payment service after submitting the order:
- debit card
- EPS online payment
- immediate bank transfer

5. Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdrawal your purchase contract within 14 days of receiving an item, by writing us an e-mail or mail. This can be done by you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, and without naming any reasons.
Effects of Cancellation
After receiving your item(s) in an unworn condition, we will refund you your payment including previous delivery costs. This process may take up to 14 days.

6. Reservation of Proprietary Rights
Up until payment has been completed, the delivered goods remain property of SUMSUM the brand.
7. Damages in Transit
If you receive damaged goods, please contact the delivery service and us immediately. This helps us to assert our own claims against the carrier or the transport insurance. However, a failure to make these complaints does not affect your legal claims or warranty rights.
8. Warrenty and Guarantees
General warranty rights apply. Please read care und use instructions carefully before ordering your product. We assume no liability in the event of inproper handling of our products.
9. Limitations of Liability
Liability for damages resulting from injury to life, body and health as well as for items taken over for repair or adaptation in the case of consumer transactions remains unaffected. For the rest, claims for damages are excluded.
10. Information for dispute settlement
The European Commission provides a platform for an online dispute resolution (OS). We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure.
